OUR CHOICE FOR JUDGE

EXPERIENCED.

“Susan’s judgment and experience make her uniquely qualified to be our next Common Pleas judge. Her legal skills were chosen when Montgomery County Municipal Court needed an acting judge. Susan also clerked for Judge David Sunderland on the trial bench and Judge James Brogan on the Court of Appeals. For the past 18 years she has represented clients in both state and Federal courts.” – Tom Whelley, veteran Montgomery County lawyer

DEDICATED.

“I have worked with Susan in her role as an adjunct professor at the U.D. School of Law, on community boards and organizations, including when she was President of the Dayton Bar Association, and for many years on complex litigation matters in the courtroom. She is dedicated to the legal system and making sure that the legal system provides justice for all.” – David Pierce, Attorney at Coolidge Wall Co. L.P.A.

FAIR.

“Her volunteer leadership with Legal Aid to provide legal services for the underprivileged, and her decade of service protecting voting rights demonstrate Susan’s commitment to fairness for all county citizens. Our county needs Susan to be our next Common Pleas judge.” – Carolyn Rice, Montgomery County Commissioner
